New user device guide
This guide will walk you through setting up your new device.
Before you begin, please keep the following in mind:
- Where do I need to set up the phone at? It is recommended that you are in the division office or model home that has high-speed internet to do the setup. If that is not available, then at home connected to your Wi-Fi will suffice.
- How long it will take? The process will take about 30 minutes to an hour depending on the internet connection speed.
- When do I need it to be completed? The phone needs to be set up and activated within 2 weeks after receiving the device.
